What incident can I report?
You can raise concerns regarding past, present or future issues relating to (potential) violation of
Code of Conduct, Corporate Policies, laws and regulations.
Some examples include:
- Fraudulent activities
- Bribery and corruption, facilitation payments, gifts and entertainment that don't meet our policy
- Violations of competition law or trade controls and sanctions
- Environmental, health and people, product and process safety violations and issues
- Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information
- Conflicts of interest
- Insider trading
- Any form of discrimination and sexual harassment
- Breaches of human rights
- Retaliation
It is important to make sure the information contained in the report you submit to the Whistleblower Committee as concrete as possible so that it can be processed and investigated in the appropriate manner.
It is helpful if your report covers the following five questions:
- who?
- what?
- when?
- where?
- how?
It is also advisable if the descriptions contained in your report can be easily understood by persons who are not specialists in your field.
What do I do if I am a subject of retaliation?
Contact the Whistleblower Committee immediately, so that the Committee can help you resolve the issue as soon as possible. You can use any communication channels that you are comfortable with. It’s very important to us that you are protected.
Is my identity protected?
Yes. The confidentiality of the whistleblower will be maintained. This website is hosted by the third party. Our management cannot influence them to obtain information about a whistleblower other than provided in the report or in the conversation with the Whistleblower Committee.
Insofar as possible, the confidentiality of the whistleblower will be maintained. However, the whistleblower’s identity (if provided) may have to be disclosed to conduct a thorough investigation, the Whistleblower Committee will ensure to comply with all applicable laws and provide accused individuals their legal rights.
The Company will not retaliate against a whistleblower. This includes, but is not limited to, protection from retaliation in the form of an adverse employment action such as termination, compensation decreases, or poor work assignments and threats of physical harm. Any whistleblower who believes he/she is being retaliated against must contact the Human Resources Department immediately. The right of a whistleblower for protection against retaliation does not include immunity for any personal wrongdoing that is alleged and investigated.

How do I receive feedback?
You can communicate with our Whistleblower Committee through the case mailbox.
The mailbox is a channel where you can get feedback, provide more information and follow up on the case. The system will give you the code of the case’s mailbox after you click "Submit" the case and you can create a password for it.
Make sure that you note down the case code and the password in order to access to the mailbox again.
