How do I create a report?
It is important to make sure the information contained in the report you submit to the Whistleblower Committee is as concrete as possible to ensure it can be processed and investigated properly.
It is helpful if your report covers the following five questions:
- Who?
- What?
- When?
- Where?
- How?
It is also advisable that the descriptions contained in your report be easily understandable to persons who are not specialists in your field.
What do I do if I am a subject of retaliation?
Contact the Whistleblower Committee immediately so they can help you resolve the issue as soon as possible. You can use any communication channel you are comfortable with. It is very important to us that you are protected.
Is my identity protected?
Yes. The confidentiality of the whistleblower will be maintained. This website is hosted by a third party. Our management cannot influence them to obtain information about a whistleblower other than what is provided in the report or in conversations with the Whistleblower Committee.
Insofar as possible, the confidentiality of the whistleblower will be maintained. However, the whistleblower’s identity (if provided) may have to be disclosed to conduct a thorough investigation. The Whistleblower Committee will ensure compliance with all applicable laws and provide accused individuals with their legal rights.
The company will not retaliate against a whistleblower. This includes, but is not limited to, protection from retaliation in the form of adverse employment actions such as termination, compensation decreases, or poor work assignments, and threats of physical harm. Any whistleblower who believes they are being retaliated against must contact the Human Resources department immediately. The right of a whistleblower to protection against retaliation does not include immunity for any personal wrongdoing that is alleged and investigated.

How do I receive feedback?
You can communicate with the Whistleblower Committee through the case mailbox.
The mailbox is a channel where you can get feedback, provide more information, and follow up on cases. The system will generate a case mailbox code after you click "Submit," and you can create a password for it.
Make sure that you note down the case code and the password so you can access the mailbox again.
